Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to the success of the Reserve & Roastery locations by leveraging culinary leadership and expertise to assemble high-quality food products for our customers. Crafting food offerings including salads, sandwiches, pastries, and pizzas from our Reserve Kitchens, a Roastery and Reserve baker is responsible for food preparation, proofing of pastries and breads, and the assembly and baking of products. Partners are expected to demonstrate culinary leadership in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
