Now Brewing: barista, Back of house (prep) - Starbucks Reserve & Roastery
Our Back of House team is the heartbeat of our Roastery & Reserve locations. This team specializes in preparing high quality products and ingredients for our food and beverage offerings. A back of house partner diligently follows our recipes and par list to produce high-quality products while working closely with the Roastery leadership team to ensure we have the right product, in the right place, at the right time for our partners and customers. Our back of house partners focus on consistency and efficiency while handcrafting our products. Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks success of the Roastery & Reserve Store by providing an exceptional experience to all customers as ambassadors of coffee leadership and stewards of quality. Through a commitment to operational excellence, they work together as a team to create the Roastery & Reserve Experience for their customers and one another. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
