Now Brewing: barista, Main Bar / Experience Bar – Starbucks Reserve & Roastery
Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks success of the Reserve & Roastery location by providing an exceptional experience to all customers as ambassadors of coffee leadership and stewards of coffee quality. Through a commitment to operational excellence, partners work together as a team to create the Roastery & Reserve Experience for customers and fellow partners. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
As a barista at our Experiential Coffee bar (XBAR) or our Main Bar, you will showcase your craft and coffee expertise. Being a Roastery barista involves creating a multisensory experience in the art, science, and theater of coffee. We offer many unique brew methods- from a Pour Over, Chemex, French Press, Siphon, Espresso, and a classic cup of coffee from our Clover Brewing system. Our premier coffee offerings pair well with our innovative food offerings, handcrafted by our Reserve Cafe partners and Reserve Kitchens. This fast-paced environment encourages baristas to develop their passion for service and ability to work with a diverse team.
