Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Frisco, TX is seeking a guest-focused Team Member for the Toast & Tee Coffee Collective, serving beverages, pastries, and other selections with accuracy and enthusiasm.

You will upsell items, process orders at the POS, and deliver outstanding service to every guest while maintaining cash handling responsibilities and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC - or obtain upon hire.

Toast & Tee Coffee Collective is a marketplace with a retro golf vibe serving up elevated breakfast and all-day grab and go items.

This team member will serve our guests by upselling beverages, pastries, and other selections, accurately process orders, and provide excellent service to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.


• Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.


• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.


• Discovers and responds to customer needs.


• Counts bank deposit at end of all assigned register shifts, and balances house bank.


• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.


• Maintains all Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards.


• Maintains all Moments of Service standards.


• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.


• Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using Omni Service Champion (OSC) cards.


• Answers guest questions about menu items.


• Up-sells items.
