Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join the Virginia Guesthouse team as a beverage service associate. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent guest service at our new 214-room property opening April 2026.

We seek reliable individuals who can learn quickly, work well in a team, and communicate clearly with guests. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; coffee knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation and service of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety.
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear communication.
• Prepare beverages to standard recipes or customized as requested.
• Perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

Responsible for the preparation and service of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent customer service

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to build relationships

What are we looking for?

• Able to carry and move items weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of all types of coffee beverages.
• Must be able to bend, twist, lift and stand for the shift worked.
