Job Description

This position involves making and serving coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP guidelines for quality food-service operations. The role requires interacting with customers and staff in a friendly and courteous manner.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and handle payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Greet customers courteously, provide menu information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve food attractively and efficiently, preventing delays.
• Assist in merchandising and display of food items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
