Job Summary

Responsible for making and serving coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages. Handle food according to HACCP standards and ensure quality food-service operations. Interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; process payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
6. Prepare food using approved recipes and standards.
7. Keep display equipment clean during service.
8. Clean equipment and workstation after use.
9. Greet customers courteously and ensure satisfaction.
10. Serve efficiently, preventing delays.
11. Understand and explain menu items accurately.
12. Promote selling techniques and assist customer decisions.
13. Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
