Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is seeking Baristas for the opening of the Sandpiper Café on-site at our luxury oceanfront resort in Northeast Florida. You will craft handcrafted beverages, serve guests, and help launch a new venue renowned for hospitality and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English adequately to communicate with members, guests, and team members.
• Experience in hospitality, barista duties, or cafe/food & beverage roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality beverages and café offerings.
• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Operate espresso machines and café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Assist with opening, closing and side-work tasks.
• Maintain clean, stocked and guest-ready beverage stations.
