Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a hospitality professional to provide attentive restaurant service, describing menu items and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will handle orders at the counter or table, coordinate with kitchen staff, and maintain inventory with a courteous, team-focused approach.

Ideal candidates will have high school education, strong English skills, and a genuine commitment to service excellence in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter and server service, take verbal requests and expedite orders using the hotel POS system.
• Describe menu items vividly, including origin, taste and preparation.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and address concerns promptly.
• Assist with daily inventory, stocking and ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate professionally with teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Providing counter service to guests through taking verbal requests for food and accommodating the expediting of such requests. Including any special needs or requests through using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; provide items to the guest at the counter or table in a timely manner.
• Have the ability to describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Accommodate guest orders, anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist with daily inventory and ordering and stock food and beverage and paper supplies.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High School or college degree preferred
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Coffee, tea and food knowledge
• Strong commitment to service
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
