Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing handcrafted beverages and food and meeting guest needs during all hours of operation.
• Uphold Food & Beverage and Starbucks standards, ensuring food safety and quality.
• Execute processes including deliveries, replenishment, stock rotations, and backstock management.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and ensure accurate labeling and signing.
• Support Drive Up and order pickup processes to fulfill digital orders accurately and on time.
• Create an inviting dining area and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete required Starbucks trainings related to quality control and safety.
