Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, tailoring to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista and greeter roles as needed during a shift.
• Takes orders and manages cash with accuracy and security.
• Keeps the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou standards.
• Anticipates needs of guests and teammates and acts proactively.
