Job summary

Caribou Coffee in West Allis, WI is seeking a Team Member who will be at the heart of our guest experience. You will create day-making experiences by delivering exceptional service, crafting hand-made beverages, and upholding Caribou's Purpose and Values in every interaction.

You’ll rotate through barista, greeter and other shift roles, ensuring accurate cash handling, cozy ambiance, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Excellent customer service mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.
Preferred experience in restaurant, retail, or guest services.

Responsibilities

Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentive listening.
Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, with guest customization.
Assists across barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
Takes orders and handles cash drawer following cash-handling and safety standards.
Maintains clean, organized, and well-stocked coffeehouse per standards.
Anticipates needs of guests and teammates, acting proactively.
Offers product knowledge-based recommendations.
Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
