Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring Team Members to deliver day-making guest experiences by serving world-class beverages and food, while living the Brand values and staying true to themselves. You will float between roles and help create memorable interactions in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and practicing active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to SOPs.
• Floats between barista and guest service, fulfills all team member roles and responsibilities.
• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store through cleanliness and organization.
