Job summary

Level5 Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to support breakfast service as a Barista, greeting guests and preparing beverages and small bites. You will ensure hot and cold drinks and fresh foods are available, while maintaining a clean, welcoming Bistro area.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, excellent guest communication, and adherence to health and safety standards in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with shifts and scheduling.
• Must be available weekends and/or holidays.
• Must have transportation to and from work.
• Stellar attendance and punctuality.
• Educational requirement: high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Proven customer service with strong guest focus; time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure setup is complete each morning for the barista station and fresh foods and beverages are always available during service hours.
• Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Prepare and serve beverages (hot and cold) and small bites; check in with guests as needed.
• Clean the Bistro area, tables, chairs, and buffet bar; empty garbage.
• Clear plates and dishes from tables during breakfast service using proper techniques.
• Address guest questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines and equipment.
• Maintain adequate supplies of glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers; stock condiments and refill containers.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
