This role supports Drive Up, OPU, and back-of-house tasks while upholding Target and Starbucks standards. Ideal candidates enjoy guest interaction, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and can work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks/food service is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and teammates.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and related technology.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
