Job summary

Target in Evanston, IL is seeking a Starbucks Barista to provide a consistent guest experience. You will help maintain freshness and presentation of beverages and food, greet guests, and support with back-up cashier duties.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow food safety procedures, and operate scanners and store technology. Training will be provided; prior food service is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Wlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
