Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Barista to join our team and provide legendary customer service to hotel guests and local patrons. The role focuses on crafting quality beverages and maintaining a clean, friendly coffee shop environment, in line with company guidelines.

Applicants should be able to read, write, and speak English well, learn quickly, and work effectively as part of a team. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all guests with a warm welcome and provide legendary customer service.

• Prepare beverages and food items to standard recipes and quality expectations.
• Respond to customer needs, process transactions accurately, and handle cash safely.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
