Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with hotel brands and guest service standards is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to record orders and interact with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable service and guidance to guests.
• Operate beverage equipment and POS for orders and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock condiments and side stands.
• Attend required meetings and participate in training for baristas.
