Qualifications

• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
• Naturally positive attitude and love for connecting with people.
• Previous work experience as a Barista or in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer services.
• Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation following company recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Receive and process payments via credit card.
• Store Cleanliness & Maintenance.
• Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and customer areas throughout the shift.
• Sweep and mop to maintain a clean space for guest.
• Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling.
• Serve and prepare food, avocado toast, pastries and muffins.
• Prepare avocado toast and other light food items following company recipes.
• Ensure food quality and freshness while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Assist with general cleaning, including taking out trash and maintaining store hygiene.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Support other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Deliver food and drink orders from the counter to customers promptly and accurately.
• Assist with restocking supplies (cups, lids, milk, pastries, condiments, etc.).
• Keep the front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
• Clear and wipe down tables, return dishes to the kitchen, and reset dining areas.
• Support baristas and kitchen staff during peak hours.
• Help manage to-go and delivery orders as needed.
