Ideal candidates bring Barista or customer service experience, a positive attitude, and knowledge of sanitation standards. Training will cover recipes, safety, and hospitality in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is a plus.
• Prior Barista or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety practices.
• Strong math skills for handling payments and transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Ability to connect with guests and build a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality beverages following recipes and standards.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Receive and process payments via credit card.
• Assist with food preparation and stocking as needed.
• Support team members during peak hours and busy periods.
• Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
