You will greet customers, craft espresso drinks and snacks, handle payments, and support the team during busy periods while adhering to health and safety standards. Prior barista or customer service experience is favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food handler certification required or preferred.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality beverages following company standards.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
• Handle payments and cash/card transactions.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders.
• Restock supplies and support baristas during peak hours.
