Responsibilities

• Offer samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.

• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Use all coffee shop equipment (refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens) per guidelines; label and inventory ingredients.
• Check product quality and review sell-by dates, taking appropriate action.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to management; comply with food safety guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Notify management of accidents or safety risks and potential theft or fraud.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
