Job summary

• Greet customers, respond to questions and suggest products across the department and store.
• Collaborate with associates to promote teamwork and achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages to recipes and standards and process transactions per policy.
• Offer product samples and highlight coffee shop specials to customers.
• Ensure customers receive fresh products and correct portions; monitor inventory and dates.
• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customers’ needs and preferences.
• Operate kitchen equipment (espresso machine, blender, scales, steamer) and follow safety guidelines.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and report discrepancies to management.
• Stay updated on ads and promotions; adhere to food safety regulations.
