Job summary

You'll work with a welcoming team, take orders, manage cash, and maintain cleanliness while learning barista skills. You will anticipate guest needs, make recommendations, and contribute to day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD for guests and your community.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests.
• Practices active listening and connection; anticipates guest needs and solves opportunities.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs; heats, prepares, and serves food offerings.
• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer; follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards; supports team roles and responsibilities.
