The PGA Tour Cafe is open Monday - Friday only and the position includes paid time off and holiday pay. The Barista is responsible for serving gourmet coffee and other products with friendly, individualized attention towards each guest. This position creates a unique and authentic experience for our guests by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.QUALIFICATIONS* High school diploma or equivalent education.* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures as would normally be acquired through at least 6 months previous similar experience.* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.* Flexible work schedule.* A qualified applicant is a “people person” who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and knows how to multi-task while ensuring accuracy.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES* Make and serve beverages as requested in a professional, courteous and timely manner following TPC standards.
