Job Opening: Barista at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Barista positions at Nemours Children's Hospital, Wilmington, DE. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts, Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, including alternating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview.

1. Prepare espresso and other beverage orders using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and handle payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies in the service area.
4. Follow food safety standards and proper presentation guidelines.
5. Ensure equipment and workstations are clean and sanitized.
6. Assist customers courteously, providing menu explanations and promoting sales.
7. Serve food attractively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
