Job Summary

Summary: Takes food and beverage orders and delivers items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take orders following established service steps.
• Deliver food promptly, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
• Understand menu items, advise guests, and accommodate dietary requests.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and patience.
• Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Respect confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Address complaints promptly and report to supervisor.
• Set up and clean dining areas, ensuring sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, coffee machines, etc.
• Assist during special events and perform other duties as assigned.
