Job Summary

Summary: Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately, accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperature standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follows approved recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Greets customers courteously, explains menu items, and promotes sales techniques.
• Ensures attractive display and serving of food.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
