Job Summary

Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages. Handles food per HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and colleagues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately; accept payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures per HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, utensils.
• Follow recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Keep display equipment clean during service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly.
• Greet customers courteously; relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve quickly and efficiently, preventing delays.
• Understand and explain menu items.
• Assist in selling techniques and customer decision-making.
• Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
