Job Details

1. We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.
2. Location: Pfizer Rocky Mount - 4285 North Wesleyan Boulevard, Rocky Mount, NC 27804. Note: online applications accepted only.
3. Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. More details upon interview.
4. Requirements: Prior experience as a barista, cash handling, and customer service skills required. Willing to train!
5. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.
6. Pay Range: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.

About the Role

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food items, handle food according to HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS; accept cash and card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
• Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Greet customers courteously, explain menu items, and promote sales techniques.
• Serve food attractively and keep display areas clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
