Job Description

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team at the Omni William Penn Hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining a clean, efficient bar, greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Uniform and professional appearance are required at all times. Additional duties include cleaning the bar area, managing glassware levels, assisting with inventory, and operating equipment as needed. The role involves standing and walking for extended periods, with some serving shifts also required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required
• Must present RAMP (safe alcohol serving) certification upon hire
• Must present ServSafe Food Handlers certification upon hire

Compensation and Benefits

Union wages start at $9.81 plus tips for the first 3 months, increasing to $10.36 after 3 months, and $10.90 after 6 months. Benefits include a full package after 60 days, competitive wages, discounted room rates, free employee meals, and a supportive team environment.
