We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.

Location: 1010 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37203. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior high-volume barista experience is required.

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines. Interacts with customers and employees in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enters orders into POS, accepts payments.
3. Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness.
4. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintains sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Prepares food according to recipes and standards.
7. Keeps display equipment clean.
8. Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly.
9. Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure satisfaction.
10. Serves customers efficiently, prevents delays.
11. Understands and explains menu items.
12. Assists in selling and customer decision-making.
13. Merchandises display foods attractively.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
