Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and coworkers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and other drinks using standard recipes.
• Accurately enter orders and accept payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
• Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Greet customers courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
• Explain menu items clearly and assist in selling.
• Attractively display and serve food.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
