• We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time BARISTA position.
• Location: Battle Ground Academy - 336 Ernest Rice Lane, Franklin, TN 37069. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP standards. Interacts with customers and staff in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enter orders accurately, accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies, maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and workspace.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food prep.
7. Keep display equipment clean and attractive.
8. Greet customers courteously, address concerns.
9. Serve efficiently, explain menu items.
10. Assist in merchandising and sales techniques.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
