Join Our Team as a Full-Time Barista at Flik Hospitality Group

We are hiring immediately for a Full-Time Barista position at Flik Hospitality Group.

Location: Kirkland & Ellis Century - 2049 Century Park East Suite 3700, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Note: Online applications only.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Additional details available upon interview.

Requirements: Previous barista experience required.

Perks: Free shift meals, on-site parking, gym facilities, and an internal employee referral bonus.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso and coffee drinks using standard recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of supplies in the service area.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Interact courteously with customers and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure proper presentation and serving temperatures of food and beverages.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining display standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
