We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.

Location: Rivian Myford - 14600 Myford Road, Irvine, CA 92606. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, days may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous experience in coffee shops and customer service preferred.

Additional info: Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Pay Range: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, adhering to HACCP standards. Interacts with customers and staff in a friendly, courteous manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
• Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Greet customers courteously, ensure satisfaction, and relay concerns.
• Serve food attractively and efficiently, preventing delays.
• Understand and explain menu items accurately.
• Promote sales through good communication and product knowledge.
• Keep display areas clean and attractive.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
