Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handles food according to HACCP standards, and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Accurately enters orders into POS, processes payments.
• Replenishes supplies and maintains cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensures proper presentation and temperature of food and beverages, follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstations.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Ensures attractive display and serving of food items.
• Greets customers courteously, ensures satisfaction, and relays concerns.
• Serves food efficiently, explains menu items, and promotes sales techniques.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
