Job Details

• Location: United Airlines - 3500 North Terminal Road, Houston, TX 77032 (online applications only)
• Schedule: Full-time shifts from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm; more details provided during interview
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Requirements: Previous barista experience, TABC and ServSafe certifications

Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handle food per HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso and other beverages using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS and process payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portioning, and temperature of food and drinks.
5. Adhere to sanitation standards and HACCP guidelines.
6. Engage with customers courteously, ensuring satisfaction and relaying feedback to supervisors.
7. Assist in merchandising and food presentation.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
