Job Opening: Full-Time Barista

Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food items, handle food according to HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso and catering orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Enter orders into POS, accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
4. Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and workstation.
6. Follow recipes and production standards.
7. Greet customers courteously and explain menu items.
8. Serve efficiently and prevent delays.
9. Promote selling techniques and attractive food displays.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
