Job summary

Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver efficient service, maintain a clean bar, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience. You will upsell beverages and handle orders quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of bartending experience in high-volume settings, strong communication, and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and outdoor shifts.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests; anticipate needs and respond to inquiries.
• Know the full food and beverage offerings and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the bar area.
• Take orders and record transactions accurately in the Micros system.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with all laws.
