Qualifications

• Experience in barista, coffee shop, restaurant, hotel or customer service preferred.
• Friendly, positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and organized with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies and other beverages.
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and take orders accurately.
• Process cash and card transactions and balance at end of shift.
• Keep coffee bar clean, organized and inviting for guests.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory; assist with light food prep as needed.
• Operate and clean espresso machines and related equipment.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
