Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, part of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, is seeking a full-time team member to serve beverages and food, promote pastry sales, and maintain espresso equipment. This role emphasizes guest service and maintaining brand standards in a luxury setting.

Applicants should be 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and comfortable with standing for long periods. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision coverage and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, write and communicate English.
• Must represent property image per The Hotel Hershey standards.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and food orders and promote pastry sales and gift basket programs in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
• Use and maintain espresso machine.
• Know the Chef’s Market food and beverage menu.
• Ensure quality and appearance of coffee order presentation.
• Take phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
