Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Baristas to join our fast-paced team. You will prepare specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and handle orders and payments to deliver great customer experiences.

Applicants should have prior customer service and cash handling experience, and preferably barista experience. Readiness to work independently and follow safety and dress code guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Must follow required dress code and read/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Greet customers and anticipate their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas and specialty beverages.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and complete cashier slip deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and break down/clean bar.
• Maintain sanitary work area and stock beverages and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; perform other duties.
