Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Baristas in a fast-paced environment to prepare specialty drinks, assist with food prep, and handle orders and payments. You will greet customers, maintain a clean workstation, and follow health and safety guidelines while delivering memorable experiences.

The position emphasizes cash handling, accurate transactions, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth within Aramark's coffee program and retail locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow required dress code and read/communicate in English.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Balance cash drawer, fill cashier slip, and make deposits.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations or store; clean and sanitize.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
