Job summary

Aramark Corporation is hiring full-time Baristas to join our team. You will prepare specialty drinks, assist with food items, and handle orders and payments while delivering memorable customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service and cash handling experience, and a readiness to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Training on brand standards and health guidelines is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate register/POS and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Greet customers and anticipate their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies.
• Set up and break down coffee bar and sanitize.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers and service ware.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
