Job summary

Aramark is hiring full-time Baristas to join our fast-paced team. You will prepare specialty drinks, assist with food preparation, and handle orders and payments while delivering memorable customer experiences.

Qualified candidates will have customer service and cash handling experience, barista skills, and English proficiency. Related certifications and a neat appearance per policy are expected. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Barista experience preferred and ability to follow recipes.
• Must read and communicate in English and comply with dress code.
• Completed Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Greet customers and anticipate their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling policies.
• Set up/break down the coffee bar and maintain a sanitary area.
• Stock beverages, service ware, and condiments; observe health guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
