Hugo's Family Marketplace is hiring a Barista in Crookston, MN. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and preparing beverages and food items to Caribou standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; on-the-job training provided.
• Some post-secondary hospitality coursework preferred.
• No prior experience required; 1+ year in food service/café helpful.
• Experience with POS systems or cash handling a plus.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and espresso machines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Take orders accurately and process payments at POS.
• Prepare beverages per Caribou standards; ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare pastries and sandwiches following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and seating area.
• Assist with inventory and stock management to ensure smooth operations.
