Hugo's Lake of the Woods is seeking a friendly Barista to serve high-quality beverages and food while delivering exceptional customer experiences at Store #15 in Baudette, MN. You will prepare drinks, take orders, handle payments, and maintain a clean beverage station.

Full or part-time roles are available; prior experience is not required, with on-the-job training provided. This position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job training provided by Caribou.
• Hospitality/cafe/customer service coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them efficiently.
• Take orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to standards.
• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee station and seating area.
