Di Bruno Bros. is hiring a Barista/Coffee Bar Associate to craft specialty beverages, greet customers, and manage orders with care. You will operate the POS system, ensure accuracy, and maintain a clean workstation in a fast-paced shop.

Ideal candidates have basic barista experience, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn about our roasters and brand. Flexible hours and team collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• One year of barista experience preferred, but we love to train those passionate about coffee & customer service.
• Availability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business.
• A willingness to learn about our brand and our roasters.
• An enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings and drink options.
• Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
• Can multi-task and work well under the pressure of a busy coffee bar.
• Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.
• Can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments.
• You are a passionate food & beverage lover with a positive attitude.
• You have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and enjoy working with people.
• You take pride in exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
• Take and fulfill coffee bar orders for customer.
• Complete sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases, and accepting cash or credit card payments from customers.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
