Job summary

Di Bruno Bros. is hiring a Barista/Coffee Bar Associate to craft specialty beverages, greet customers, and manage orders with care. You will operate the POS system, ensure accuracy, and maintain a clean workstation in a fast-paced shop.

Ideal candidates have basic barista experience, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn about our roasters and brand. Flexible hours and team collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• An enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings and drink options.
• Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
• Can multi-task and work well under the pressure of a busy coffee bar.
• Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation.
• Can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Complete sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases, and accepting cash or credit card payments from customers.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work station.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
